The Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) must not transmit to certain investors or certain intermediaries any information relating to the composition of the assets of the UCI that could facilitate market timing operations. In particular, the Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) must refrain from communicating the portfolio composition in real time.
